Return for product damaged by transport:

Process for realice the return

To request the return of the product you will have to contact with SERVYPOOL by mail explaining the reason of your return, your order number and the date you did the order.

The Department Returns will receive your request and it indicate you by email the procedure to follow. Remember that you must comply with the condiitons mentioned above.

SERVYPOOL reserves the right to refuse returns communicate or send after this date or articles that are not in the same original conditions.

SERVYPOOL reserves the right for not return the full amount paid if the product have depreciated ( for example, the article are not return within your original package or it is in poor conditions).


The products adquired in have a period of guarentee of two years since the moment of your delivery.

The user will have to inform to SERVYPOOL lack of coonformity within two months since your knowledge of this.

The buyer have a guarantee of two years, this guarentee will enter in vigor considers the date of the buy, this is detailed in the sales invoice. SERVYPOOL is not responsable of the damage caused by unprofessional installation, modificate products or manipulated by the client or other person unauthorized by the fabricant; as well as the inadecuate use, manipulation and/or short circuit, apparent signs of inaccurate treatment. The product for repair or sustitute, must always correspond to the one sent by SERVYPOOL including the delivery note and/or invoce.


SERVYPOOL not realice changes of the articles. If you wish, you can request the devolution of the not wanted product, complying the policies conditions and returns, moreover you can realice a new order of your desired article.
